On November 8th, the Italian-Romanian Business Forum took place in Bucharest. OICE, along with the Italian Embassy in Romania and ICE (the Italian Trade Agency), supported by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) and the Ministry of Economic Development, organized the business mission.
The aim was to promote among Italian engineering and architecture companies joint ventures with Romanian partners within the opportunities offered by the EU cooperation, governmental programs and IFI's opportunities in the infrastructure sectors.
Roberto Carpaneto, OICE’s Vicepresident for International Affairs, was ahead of the Italian delegation together with Ambassador of Italy in Romania and the Director of the ICE’s Bucharest office.
16 engineering and architectural companies participated to the mission. OICE and ARIC (Romanian Association of Engineering Companies) signed an MoU within their cooperation in the EFCA’s framework in order to promote bilateral partnerships. B2Bs gave way to relevant agreements confirming the positive cooperation spirit between Romanian and Italian companies.
