The scope of this Notice is to define how OICE makes its website - www.oice.it - available and its conditions of access and utilisation.
Connection to the site www.oice.it is subordinate to the observation of these rules, which OICE is entitled to change or update at any time.

Access to the site www.oice.it implies that you accept the rules contained in this Notice. Should you not agree to the rules contained herein, you are invited not to consult the site.

The site can be accessed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, except for cases of force majeure or events beyond OICE's control. OICE reserves the right to suspend access for any maintenance required for the operation of the service and its material.

The site www.oice.it and its contents (in particular, data, information, illustrations, logotypes, trade-marks, etc.), except for those belonging to its Members, are the property of OICE (Association of engineering and technical-economic organizations) and are protected by laws on copyright and intellectual property.

Documents on the site www.oice.it may be copied, reproduced, published, tele-transmitted, dispatched, transmitted or distributed on the sole condition that their source is quoted.

Neither the site, nor any part of the same may be used as a link in the internal frames of any other website. Applications to establish links may be sent to the e-mail address info@oice.it.

Documents and information found on the site www.oice.it are furnished without any explicit or implicit guarantee. OICE reserves the right to change or correct the contents of the site at any time, without notice.

OICE is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the material presented on the site. In the widest terms possible,

OICE declines all and any liability with regard to the presence of any virus or other harmful or damaging I.T. component, while undertaking to take measures to eliminate or limit the same.

OICE declines any responsibility for the content of any sites that can be reached through the links presented on its own site, their sole scope being to provide users with complete information.

In accordance with Law 675/96, OICE pays maximum attention to safeguarding the confidentiality and privacy of visitors to its website. None of the user's personal data is automatically collected by merely accessing the site. E-mail addresses and other personal data belonging to visitors may only be collected at the explicit request and with the authorisation of the user. Indication of the user's e-mail address on forms provided for the same authorises the sending of the Association's newsletter about its activities, but not its transfer - under any title - to third parties for purposes beyond OICE's institutional purpose. Should visitors desire to suspend receipt of information from OICE, a mere communication will suffice to exclude them from any further dispatch.
