ECV - European Construction Ventures, in association with FIDIC, organise in Brussels (Belgium) the course "The Practical Use of the 1999 FIDIC Contracts".
The first session of the course (11th-12th october 2010) is appropriate for those who are new to the FIDIC Contracts or have a limited experience of working with these Documents, and review the key Contract Clauses. The course is also inter-active through the use of Work Exercises.
The second session presents 100 questions on issues that arise in the use of these Contracts, and creates discussion and inter-action between the Delegates and Tutors as to answer.
